  1. def sounds lik a periodontal disease. could possibly be periodontitis (advanced gum disease). i strongly suggest seeing a dentist, periodontitis can lead to an array of other complications.

  2. There are several things that could cause this...you can read the articles below.  but...you definetly need to go to the dentist, and give him a complete medical history.  You need his opinion and treatment to take care of this.

  3. You are not taking care of your teeth as you should.

Blood from your gums gives the metallic taste.

Swelling comes from not brushing, not brushing correctly, or an infection.

    Get thee to a dentist.

    Hope this helps.

  4. Hmm, those are symptoms of pregnancy...is it possible?? Because metallic taste and swollen/bleeding gums are both symptoms of pregnancy.

  5. do you have braces? that could be it if you do. and the swollenness could be because maybe if you are really sucking your gums, it will cause swollen gums.

  6. The metallic taste is blood and the swelling is infection.  You need a doctor.
