Swollen lymph nodes, body chills, and soreness?

This afternoon my right lymph node in my neck started to swell... I felt find in the morning, but it started to swell more as the day progressed... my throat isnt sore but when I swallow or yawn it hurts... my next is very tender also

I'm also very sore and experiencing chills all over my body... I really don't feel sick at all, but I do feel very tired....

could this have something to do with my tonsils? or maybe something else? Should I call my doctor?

it is probably something usual and temporary but worth a doctor visit to speed up the healing and make sure everything is fine. Also, try not to look up symptoms and diagnose yourself through the internet because you will freak out. Good luck!
