Swollen lymph nodes in groin?

I have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my groin. my doctor felt it and told me it may just clear up but we could do an ultra sound. i don't have insurance so i turned it down. it has been hurting for a month now, cramping, alot during intercourse. what i didn't tell her is that i took some plan b around the same time i notice it starting to hurt, I have heard that you can get an egg fertilized in your tube so this kinda freaks me out. my periods have been really weird lately, starting 4 days before my normal birth control method was up. because of that i ended 3 days before my new pack and had intercourse with my husband and had to take another plan b after condom broke this week. now I'm in the middle of my birth control week and bleeding. sigh.. so i have two questions. should i go get the ultrasound because of the possibility of egg in my fallopian tube, what are they signs? Should i still be taking my birth control even though I'm bleeding? thanks

Fallopian tube pregnancies present alot like a cyst; just major pain and bleeding.  

Did you ask them what an in-patient ultrasound would cost without insurance? I had one done and it was $90 for everything and I got to pay it off for just $10 a month.  May want to ask if they have a payment plan you could do.  You really need the ultrasound!

Get to the doctor and get it checked out, today! You are putting yourself in a potentially dangerous situation. Don't play with your life.
