b)high visibility-a store at every 2km radius(in Chennai)
c)services better than a kirana store to attract customers
**WEAKNESSES**:
a)no frill, no air conditioning , no fancy lighting, no touch and feel experience at the stores-customers had to ask for products
b)local enterprise resource solution(ERP)was not sufficient for a expanding company
c)inadequate inventory management
d)lack of capital structure
e)lack of focus on the product mix-grocery,medicines,mobile all in one store, without specializing in any of these.
**OPPURTUNITIES**:
a)it could tap the rural retail market
