    no nudity.  maybe making out and motions but that's about it.

No, they do not show people having s*x in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.  The movie insinuates that a couple of the girls are intimate with their boyfriends (one of them has a pregnancy scare), but it is handled very tastefully.  Wonderful movie--you should see it!  I thought it was better than the first one.
