Syarhyey Hyerasimets tips Zenit St. Petersburg to win the Russian Premier League and admits to difficult UEFA Champions League tie against SL Benfica.
The former Zenit St. Petersburg defender, Syarhyey Hyerasimets, has hailed his former club and tipped the Meshki to win the Russian Premier League while progressing to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
"Zenit have some good players and they managed to perform better this year. They played quality football in the Champions League and the domestic League so far.
"Unlike previous seasons, they have played with a much reliable defence.” The former Dynamo Kyiv player was quoted as saying.
Domenico Criscito was the only major signing during the summer transfer window, and Hyerasimets hailed the contributions made by the former Genoa CFC player.
