Sydney, australia, looking for unusual/ novelty nightclubs and bars??

you know you always hear about crazy themed bars and nightclubs in manhattan. like Bed, that was on s*x and the city where the club is all beds not tables.

does anyone know of any bars or nightclubs in sydney with themes or that are a little more unusual than the generic nightclub formula?

im planning a friends birthday and am trying to make it more memorable than your typical night out.

There's "minus five bar", where the room is heated to -5 degrees, and you're given a big furry coat and a free cocktail in a glass made of ice on entry. It's a bit costly at $30 entry, though.

A bit more girly is "High Tea" at The Loft, where sandwiches and cakes are served alongside cocktails in teapots.
