No, you have to wait it out at the airport or get a transit visa and visit the city called Bangkok.

Call the Airlines.  I use to fly through Bahrain with a nine hour stop and wait in the Airport.  Someone told me the Airline puts you up if the layover is 8 hour and I called the airline and sure enough, it wasn't a great hotel but I could shower and shave.

It might just have been and Arabic hospitality custom but what could it hurt to call and ask.
