Sydney hotel help! Seeking Location.?

i will visit sydney in may 2008, and my friend is recommanding me a hotel she stayed before. however she cannot remember the hotels name and so i m trying to find its name. she sent me a photo that was took from the hotel room. can someone help me plz?
