The Paris Saint-Germain defender believes that it’s immature to criticise the Parisiens, following three games without a victory in the 2012/2013 Ligue 1 campaign
Carlo Ancelotti’s side has only picked up three points from their opening three games of the season that has attracted a huge amount of criticism from the club supporters.
And club’s veteran defender, Sylvain Armand, is far from pleased with the situation.
While talking to reporters, the 32-year-old stated that the players need more time on the pitch in order to gel-in and it’s unfair to criticise the team so early in the season.
The left-back said that the fans always have huge expectations from the team and it’s natural for them to behave like this. However, Armand believes that the season has just started and the Ile giants need more time to hit top gear.
“The fans have always been demanding. Every time we do not win, or do not play properly it is logical that the criticism falls on us.”
The former Nantes player added that the amount of money Paris Saint-Germain have spent this summer, has made the fans more impatient. They want the team to win each and every match, and as it is not happening at the moment, they are letting their frustrations
show.
"Already people are impatient, they are even less so due to all the money spent this summer. I think it is a matter of mind. “

"Everyone knows that on paper, It is to be expected that teams will defend against us.”
The 32-year-old added that PSG have quality players at their disposal and no one can deny that. However, the players need to know each other better in order to achieve positive results.
“We must understand that the collective comes first. We have the individual capacity to make a difference, but first you must know how to play as a team and must be disciplined,"
Paris Saint-Germain will next travel to Grand Stade Lille Metropole, to take on LOSC Lille in their next match of the Ligue 1 campaign on Sunday.
