Sylvan boats?

Question

Does anyone know anything about the 2002 Sylvan 186 Fish and Ski? I was wondering if it converts into a fishing boat (do the front bow seats change to a fishing platform? Are there fishing seats that can be installed?)

Does anyone have experience with sylvan boats? Are they high quality?
