Sylvanian Families Houses?

I want a Sylvanian Families house for Christmas, because I'm sick of my Otter family living in the Gypsy Caravan. I know which house I want, but I'm not sure if it's the same thing as the other house I want. So please answer me this: Is the Deluxe House on the Hill with Lights the same house as Hill Top Manor?

Yes, they are the same house. The only difference at all is the colors..... AND the price (if you are in the USA, the deluxe house is cheaper). The price difference is due to the fact that the Deluxe House is "Calico Critters" (USA and Canada) and the Manor is "Sylvanian families" (UK). The Manor has to be imported, making the price higher in the USA. Same company, exact same items, just that the USA/Canada company is not allowed to use the term "Sylvanian families" so they use Calico Critters. Hope that helps! (These critters are so adorable!)
