symantec offered free upgrade from norton antivirus 2007 to 2008 version ended up with error:(9999,17x)Ran Norton Removal Tool.successful removal. Original 2007 purchase was done online.I have over 300 days left on my subscription.How do I get 2008 version (free) as offered,or indeed original 2007 back
