Symantec risk list question?

Question

In my risklist there are some items that instead of saying malware/adware/apyware...the say next to the Security Risk(on). What does this mean? Does it mean tht those certain items are on my computer?

Note all advertising scams will be removed. I like symantec and im not downloading any c**p!!!

I don't use symantec, but to me it sounds as if norton is monitoring that particular file, or all the files on your comuputer or it's just letting you know that this process is on(running).
