Question:

Symbols lit up and machine wont start

Hi,Model: Bauknecht GSXP 7988 - Both the 'S' symbol and Snowflake symbol on top of door light up red. Start button flashes green and machine wont run. I have added salt to the machine and this does not help. Any ideas?
