The Star Cruise Line which also has the star ferry fleet are the ones who can book the cruise for you. When you are in HK go to the star ferry terminus in Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon and you'll see the cruise kiosk right there where you can book the cruise. There are a couple of different cruises so make sure when you book it, that you will be in Victoria Harbour at 8:00 pm for the show. They are all about the same, to be honest you would be better off watching it from the other side of the harbour. Just being on a cruise means you just get to go into a boat for like 30 minutes.
