Symptoms for carpal tunnel syndrome?

I'm experiencing pain in my right thumb, wrist and forearm. Can hardly use my thumb.

My brother told me that he learned about it in health class and he said that your vains swell and your wrists hurt. He said you can get it from typing incorectly though. I think the symptoms are worse depending on how bad you have it though. Thats about all I can tell you sorry...

do you do any repetitive movements with that hand such as typing, using a computer mouse, etc? The symptoms for carpal tunnel are (from my experience) aching and pain in the wrist. I'm not sure about your forearm though, how long have you felt the pain?

You should get it checked up with a doctor.
