Synastry with a bunch of conjuncts....is this bad or good thing?

2 people with quite a few conjuncted planets in synastry, is this good or bad. At first I thought would have to be fate and a good thing but then more I looked at it it would be like friction.

I would just like to have other's opinions thanks :)

Fate doesn't always = a good thing-----------and it depends on the planets involved
