Sync Manager Problme with Vista with LG CU500

Question

i cant seem to get my sync manager to work with vista and upload contacts, tasks, diary etc...?

i eventually got sync with contacts but only aftre chnaging my com port and even then wont sync properlky and sync other outlook functions !Can't get the phone (LG TU550) to synchronise. Can't find the com port, it is a USB port.
