Sync videos to my cell phone?

i down loaded a movies from graboid and was able to play it in windows media player so i tried to sync the video to my phone with the usb cable but when i click start sync it said converting not preparing to syn and it wont convert then it says file error.how do i get rid of that and sync it to my phone

u have to use a video converter that can chage the video format to G3P witch is PHONE VIDEO FORMAT
