Synchro summon question?

Question

synchro monsters state that their summoning material must be "1 tuner 1 or more non-tuner monsters" ... does this mean you can ONLY use 1 tuner or can you use multiple ... if you can use multiple then do they still have to be light for avenging knight parshath (the tuner needed for the summon doesnt need to be light) ... the exact text is "1 tuner 1 or more non tuner LIGHT monsters"

I think you only use one tuner monster and in avenging knight parshath's case the other monsters you use to must be light monsters.

It can only have one tuner.
