Synchro weight loss?

I am a synchronized swimmer, and this summer I was planning on losing weight or atleast building some more muscle. I need to get into shape and get stronger if I want to achieve some of my synchro goals. Any tips?

  1. You might want to look into doing resistance training. It will strengthen your muscles without giving you too much bulk.

    Your local bookstore should have tons of books on resistance training, and even maybe some videos.
