Synchronize Outlook Mobile with Outlook?

Question

I have a PDA phone with Windows Mobile 6 included with Outlook Mobile. How can i synchronize the data (contacts, calendar, tasks, etc.) in Outlook Mobile with Outlook 2003/2007 correctly? No matter I change the data in PDA (Outlook Mobile) or PC (Outlook 2003/2007) first.

The PC cannot be switched on permanently!
