Syncing Sky + remote to TV 37LG300?

Question

I have just bought a new TV, and I can no longer control the volume on the TV using the Sky remote. I have checked the codes on skys interactive page, but my model is not listed. It is an LG 37" LCD and the model number is 37LG3000

Does anyone have any idea how I can get this function to work again?
