Syncing problems on my ipod

Question

im having some itunes/ipod problems. i got a new laptop so i backed up my old library up and downloaded itunes online. so im trying to make a playlist but everytime i sync my ipod it doesnt go on. so i need help why wont it sync the playlist to my ipod? any help

Assuming you are using an iPod Touch, the problem might be that in iTunes > Your iPod > Music Tab > Sync Music > Selected Playlists, your playlist isn't selected/checked off. Try that and vote Best Answer if this worked.

have you tried dragging the file to your ipod?

make sure you authorized your new computer

go into the ipod screen when you first plug it in, make sure it uploads your playlist.

when you plug in your ipod some options show up at the top of the itunes box in tabs. Click on the music one and make sure it is set to sync all songs or the ones you have checked off...which ever way you like it.
