Syntax Olevia LT27HV screen has lines

Olevia LT27HV has lines across the screen with a circular shape at the end of the line. TV was moved from one room to another.[possibly while lifting a belt or cellphone holder pressed against the screen. THe TV picture in background is perfect, but on lighter backgrounds the lines are quite visible. Is there a fix for this?
