Syntax lcd tv Model LT26HVX

Stanby light on tv out,will not power up using on button, tv will turn on with remote, Picture comes on and volume bar comes and goes to zero , remote and front on off buttton or any other button inop` only way to shut down is to remove power from wall. any sugestions
