Synthetic or natur carpet?

which one is bette, healthier, the acrylic... or the wool...?

Always go with Nylon, Polyester will fall apart on you eventually.

synthetic by a mile.

wool only has one advantage over synthetic, being its fire resistant properties.

synthetic -

lasts up to 3 times longer.

doesnt accept moisture (wool soaks it in, making very hard to remove stains)

the colors and patterns are much more varied.

good nylon carpet is just as soft as wool.

it doesnt shed as wool carpet does.

as for the health part, make sure your vacuum cleaner has a 'beater bar' on the head. it will remove much much more dirt and particles than one without.
