Syria????? holiday?

am going to syria in december this yar (2008) and i was wondering how the weather is and whats the main thing in the city demashq???

please give me a brief information about this country/city

In December the weather is usually a little bit cold here in Demashq...and u might witness some snow falls if u were lucky enough to see Qasyion Mountain covered with white!!

Demasheq is a very cozy city though..., just emagine urself walking in its narrow ancient allies at a rainy evening ...you'll be enchanted !! believe me ..

For me , I love old Demashq the best ... everything there is alluring, it can really seduce you into spending your life time in its laps ........If you were in Demashq you have to visit Omayyad Mousque, Souq elhamidiya(eat Arabic ice cream at a store called Begdash and indulge urself with the luxorious oriental taste) , you will be very glad also visiting Khan Asa'ad Basha which will give you a clear pic of how Hotels used to be at the old days...

don't miss the chance of having a long worm relaxing bath at Hammam Nour eldin Alshahid , after which you will be reborn

ABove these all....have a look on Demashq from Qasyion and get lost with your dreams while watching the sleeping city down there ...

in December the winter is here and rather cold some time would snow and raining and would be shining during day time, but in general it is amazing if you were here in christmass you will like it too ..
