Question:

Syrian Rue?

I have looked up this plant on Erowid.org and it is unscheduled and legal in something like 48 or 47 states. Why is it so hard to find? Is there some place I am overlooking to find it, I wanted to try it as a natural alternative to the harsh chemical MAOIs a doctor would prescribe me.

THanks!

  1. Well, sometimes the best things are hardest to find. My problem was to get extract out of sheep placenta.

I believe the old name for one of the alkaloids in the plant is telepathine.  It is said to enhance telepathy.  But I am not sure I am recalling correctly.

  3. I know that any type of Rue should never, ever be boiled and that  rue is good for menstrual problems- rue is an easily affected herb, and can lose the effectiveness if stored incorrectly or exposed to high temperature.
