SysQs? Are they a good place to shop at?

I'm trying to buy a book online cause no store has it in stock. I saw that SysQs is selling it for like 12 bucks and that's the cheapest brand new book I found, so I want to buy it. But i have never heared of sysqs, so I want to know if anyone has shopped on that site before and are they reliable? Are their stuff really brand new?

I performed a quick search on Google. I found out that the person who runs this particular site is apparently an eBay Powerseller, as he/she has a feedback score of 98.7% positive feedback. You don't get that kind of rating easily or quickly. But the site looks good to me. Hope this helps.
