System Mechanic says I have 2 spyware?

I ran system mechanic and it says my computer has 2 bad spyware on it, but when I tried to delete them my computer restarts each time and they won't go away. I ran yahoo antispy and and another spyware program including windows defender and they claim my computer is clean. Which is right? Thanks.
