System d'exploitation

j'ai un system d'exploitation windows XP ..et elle es partage en deux ( arabe et françai) une fois, j'ai allumée mon pc quand j'ai choisi le system (françai ) le pc va etiendre et je pensse sa a cause d'une masse d'ectricite mai quand je choisis system (arabe) il marche normal mai malgre je peu pa utilise system (arabe) car elle est vide tous mes donnée sont dans le system (françai)
