System intruded chassis opened or tempered before please help

i have an asus p4b lx motherboard and when i boot i gte an error that reads

"system intruded chassis opened or tempered before" please tell me how to fix this

  1. Reboot and press whatever key it is that gets you into the BIOS, there should be a setting in there to let you reset it or just turn the warning off.  I usually turn it off.
