System is hacked need help?

system hacked for second time. called yahoo, first time, was given a 800 number to call. could some one help me with this number . i am a senior ciyzen with no computer skills . need help desperatly. have adult sites, sick e mails sent . horrid insults to my wife etc. thank you so much .

No one is hacking your pc, you only have spywares, ad-wares and maybe a virus. So download a anti-virus and do a scan and clean up your system. Also remember to update your pc with the latest updates from microsoft.
