System recovery erased my data, anyway to get it back?

  1. thats weird i did system recovery on my xp about three days ago and i still have all my things and nothing got deleted


  2. Sorry to say that is why it is suggested to backup your data before recovery.  I guess you should have a regular data backup schedule.
