my system doesn't have a restore point and i need to restore it what do i do

  1. See if you have create a restore point activated

    Right click My computer

    Click properties

    Click System restore

    Remove check in "Turn off system restore in all drives" and if there was one, restaert computer and it will give you a restore point.

    Or get a restore point manually

    Note: if you think you have a virus, clean it up before creating a system restore point


  2. If you have no restore points, system restore is not an option.

    Enable system restore when you get your problem fixed.

  3. Why exactly do you want to use System Restore?

    Perhaps if you ask you may not need to use it at all.
