System wil get stuck 2min after starting the...

motherboard is intel D101ggc , processor is intel p4 2.66ghz, ram is 1gb ddr and 128mb pci express 16 graphics card.graphics card is from nvidia. if there is problem in motherboard please suggest me a good substitute for it.
