  1. Multiply first eq with 3=>

    15x+12y=18

    Multiply second eq with 4=>

    -8x-12y=-4

    Adding both equations =>

    7x=14=>x=2

    5*2+4y=6=>

    4y=6-10

    4y=-4

    y=-1

    Solution (2,-1)
