T-Mobile BlackBerry 8320 How do i delete my information?

I am selling the phone and i need to delete my information .

My Email is set up to the phone I cant seem to know how to do it...

delete email from email set up....and wipe handheld...

Options > Security > General Options > click trackball and you will have an option to Wipe Handheld.

That will remove everything back to factory settings.
