T-Mobile Dash owners..HELP!

Question

I just bought a T-mobile Dash from Ebay and it works great. I just don't know how to use it! When I text I can only use the number buttons to type in letters. How can I change it so that I can use the FULL QWERTY keyboard? Thanks.

The botton left key with the blue dot, puts the keyboard in number mode. Tap it to turn it on/off. If yopu didn't get the manual, go to;
