T-Mobile & International Communications?

My fiancee is going to South Korea for a week in November, we don't really understand how the coverage works. According to T-Mobile, he will have service there.

BUT we have unlimited text, will we be charged for text messages? And on the Fave-Five plan, will we still have unlimited calling to each other as well?

Most likely he won't be able to use his regular handset while he's there, he'd have to rent a 3G 2100 MHz band phone to access KT Freetel or SK Telecom's networks.  

Also the roaming rate in South Korea is $1.99 a minute, all calls he makes or receive will charge this, and texts he sends will be 35 cents and not included. Texts he receives would still be included, and it wouldn't cost you any more to call or message him than if he were at home, but it would sure cost him.
