It says : "500 Whenever and 260 additional Shared minutes used". I'm don't get what they meant by Whenever. Sorry I'm new to this thing. Can you guys help me? Thanks in advance. [Like...does the 500 Whenever mean the minutes I have used or the minutes I have left?!!]

'Whenever" minutes are your monthly plan minutes. For instance if you have a family plan with 1000 minutes then you and everyone else on your plan has 1000 whenever minutes per month. These are the minutes you use during the day Mon-Fri.

So far, you've used 760 minutes of your total of 1000 family plan minutes. You should slow down unless you're very close to the end of your billing cycle. Each minute over your plan cost like 40 cents each.
