Question:

T-Mobile does not know where my order is???

I Ordered two phones on Monday I pain the extra for xpress shipping and I been calling t-mobile everyday to see if they sent my phone and they just say that is is pending shipping and they do not know why.They said since my phone is not here today they will credit me the money for xpress but thats not the point the point is that I want my phones and they don't know when I will get them.They sent a report to the warehouse but they said that the warehouse did not send anything back.The phones are not out of stock and there was no delay with ups....so what do I do?

  1. what can you do?

    cancel the order,

    wait,

    or complain.

    complain would probably be most productive.

    maybe they will refund you some money,

    or give you something for your troubles.

    threaten to cancel your order and never use their service again,

    since they're being very unhelpful.

    they don't want to lose a customer.
