T-Shirt Help?!?

Question

I want to get a black shirt like this-

and i want to spray paint it with BRIGHT NEON colors but my parents wont let me use spray paint. Is there any such thing as T-Shirt paint or something other than spray paint i could use to decorate a black shirt with bright neon colors?

you can buy fabric markers - all diffrent sizes and shapes.. in all different colours... just check out ur local craft shop..

Here&#039;s a link to a site where they have flourescent fabric paints and a whole bunch of other stuff for fabric decorating.

I&#039;d cruise around in there a bit.

I&#039;m not sure about the paints on a black shirt. You might have to do white iron ons and then paint those.

This site has flourescent puff paints. Those should work on black. They have glow in the dark too!

you could use things like felt markers or puffy paint.
