T-Shirt printing for sports club?

We are trying to find a T-Shirt printer - ideally South Wales based, who can do some T-shirt printing for us. We are getting sponsors to advertise on our shirts but the quotes for printing are making this pointless. We have the shirts already so we want the existing ones printed on. I guess for the right price we could get new shirts from the printers instead.

Any tips, advise etc...

You can buy the "silk-screening" equipment yourselves and do all the work if you have a reliable supplier of shirts.  The hotel i worked at bought the machines and did everything.  The ink did not fade or bleed. /
