  1. If you choose Time Warner Cable, you can get both TV (in HD) and high speed Internet for about $90 a month. It's a very good deal, because the Internet is very fast (about four times faster than DSL) and the TV service is very clear and not problematic. Yes, you can get a DVR/upgrade, too.
