My television turns itself off and won't turn back on without resetting by unplugging and plugging back into an electrical outlet. The last time I tried to reset the television it Autolocked itself out of every channel. How can I fix this problem. The television is only about 4 & 1\2years old.Ticker at bottom of screen gets cut-off.
