T decide where to vacation in Mexico?

Question

I want the BEST beaches,less tourists,and some night life.I don't want to be in a Miami beach type setting- I don't want to go to the Pacific ocean area either.

I hear Veracruz is Nice and my grandfather used to really like to go to Puerta Vallarta when he was alive. The best place in Mexico I can recommend is Teotihuacan. I absolutely adore it there and the local people are very very friendly. The pyramids are fantastic. If you decide you want to go there I can recommend some things you can do there and hook you up with some people that can show you around. We have made life long friends there. This would be a place you will not soon forget.

Cancun is the best of the best of the mexican caribean, also you can visit Isla Muejres and Cozumel, and Playa del Carmen, all these destinations are very near one from other, the mexican caribbean is just BEAUTIFUL.

I've known that Mazunte is a nice place to go. It's not full of tourists, it's clean and, don't know about the night life but probably you can find something. Here's a link of hotels in Mazunte, Oaxaca.
