T-mobile service/reception question?

i got joined tmobile 2weeks ago and where i lived i have had 5bars or 4never less now i only get 1 or 2 bars or most of the time its saying tmobile service not availabe can someone help me out? or tell me why i have sidekick slide if it helps?

  1. I recommend that you call t-mobile support and ask for a 'coverage study' of your address.  That only takes a few minutes and the rep will be able to do that on the phone with you.  You'd be surprised how fast T-Mobile can actually get a dead-zone filled in if you are in a metropolitan area.

    You have 20 days in most states (30 in california) to return your phone under Buyer's Remorse laws if you are not happy with your phone.  You won't have to pay an Early Termination Fee on the contract as long as you cancel within that period.
